Which NHL players are going to be more valuable this season?
The NHL has announced that three of its top scorers, Sidney Crosby, James Neal and Patrick Kane, are projected to have a positive correlation to their teams’ winning percentage.
The numbers come as the NHL’s projections have them projected to win an average of 71.5 percent of their games.
The Penguins and Blackhawks are tied for second place in the league, with 76.6 percent and 73.9 percent, respectively.
The Flyers, Rangers and Lightning are tied with 69.6 and 69.3 percent, according to the projections.
The Stars, who finished last season tied for the fewest points in the NHL, are the next highest scoring team, with 61.6 points per game.
